The Library
I was tasked with rearranging the heaps of books of a family friend who is a graphic designer. Below is my process

I am faced with a disorganized 6x5 boxed bookshelf. With 6 rows, 5 columns, and 30 boxes in total, there are a lot of ways I could organize this.
Early attempts to organize by large "buckets" fail due to the granular and overlapping nature of all the books

Finally getting some books moving around
The finished product!

By working top to bottom, I decided that organizing by rows and adding in little paper cards to further specify the contents of each box would make the most sense. All in all, this small project taught me a great deal about graphic design, systems design, and information design.
